Our spacious Clubhouse was designed to be a refined and inspiring gathering place for special occasions—and has quickly become one of Northern Virginia’s favorite venues for exceptional entertaining. Featuring 45,000 square feet of stylish indoor venues, a full range of modern amenities, and breathtaking outdoor settings, International Country Club is the ideal place for all types of events from fully formal functions to comfortably casual gatherings…and everything in between.

Take your getaway to a place of elegant venues and majestic views while our events team and an extensive list of vendors make magic. Set amidst 220 acres of beautiful parkland overlooking the course, our Grand Ballroom can accommodate hundreds of your closest friends and family. The built-in bar, wrap-around patio, and private grand foyer provide additional nooks for celebrating the event. Two additional ballrooms are available for more intimate occasions, with the same high level of amenities and views.

International Country Club is available for wedding receptions all year round. We also enjoy an excellent reputation for catering and service. All food is prepared fresh on-premise and we are pleased to cater to guests with special dietary requirements.

We understand that planning a wedding can be very stressful and we aim to make the task of organizing a wedding as easy as possible for you. We would be pleased to provide helpful details on a range of wedding services. We are here with personal care and attention to assist in making your wedding day even more beautiful. International Country Club hosts only one wedding per day to provide you with our undivided attention.

Our standard wedding package includes an open bar for four hours, cocktail hour with displays and passed hors d’oeuvres, salad, and main course. Our packages, both upgraded and standard, are customizable to meet your budget and needs.

Elevated dining experiences and intimate celebrations take flight in our Private Dining Room with access to a private patio, beautiful natural lighting, and spacious capacity. A refined favorite.

Indulge your group with pristine terrain and turnkey production across 18 championship pins. Scoring, registration, staging, beverage carts, and trophy-raising ceremonies are just a few of our services.

Before contacting Intentional Country Club to schedule your event, please see below to determine if we would be a good fit:

  • Outings are scheduled on specific Mondays beginning the first Monday in April and are limited to no more than two outings per month with no more than ten outings scheduled per year
  • Events are limited to 144 players who shall play no more than 18 holes
  • Outings are not permitted to be scheduled more than 15 months in advance
  • All food and beverage must be provided by International Country Club
  • A $2,500 deposit is required at the time of approval of the outing by the Board of Directors and is non-refundable
  • Bookings are not finalized until approved by the Board of Directors

The Grand Ballroom & Grand Foyer

Overlooking our beautiful 18-hole golf course, the Grand Ballroom features guest seating for up to 300, built-in bar, two drop-down screens and projectors, wrap around porch patio, private Grand Foyer, coat room, private entrance and private restrooms.

Ballroom A

Approximately one-third of the Grand Ballroom, Ballroom A is a perfect space for smaller dinners, corporate meetings, and conferences, and features a beautiful marble fireplace. We can accommodate up to 97 of your guests in a banquet-style or cocktail reception set up.

Ballroom B

Approximately two-thirds of the Grand Ballroom, Ballroom B overlooks the course and features the built-in bar and wrap around porch patio. In a banquet-style or cocktail reception set up, we can accommodate up to 206 of your guests.

Boardroom A

Equipped with a 60″ television, wifi, beverage station, and permanent set boardroom table, Boardroom A is the premier meeting spot on premise for both members and non-members. Up to 15 of your colleagues can enjoy effective boardroom meetings or private dinners with a view of the course.

Boardroom B

As a much more intimate space, Boardroom B has a flexible set-up and comes with various soft seating, a 60″ television, wi-fi, and a beverage station. This space can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Private Dining Room

Enjoy an elevated dining experience or an intimate celebration with access to a private patio, beautiful natural lighting, and a 63-person guest capacity in this Member favorite space.
