The ’70s were a dynamic era for tennis – and International charged the net early with four hard courts. We continued to rally as outdoor lighting and indoor facilities unlocked all-year access, constant camaraderie, and friendly competition. Today, and by popular demand, Members swing through all seasons across eight courts with regional matchplay, interclub leagues, pickleball games and socials, youth summer camps and more.
From the ground up, our racquet sports culture is unmatched in the region. Outdoors, four Har-Tru courts stay cool on hot days and easy on the joints. Inside the bubble, four Deco-turf courts promote fancy footwork during colder fronts and winter months. With courts lit into the night, no tiebreaker is ever tabled.
Fairfax is our title town. As our Northern Virginia Tennis League teams climb the power ranks, a host of Club tournaments give festivities a home-court advantage. Our Club Championship is more like a month-long party…a definite Member favorite!
All throughout the year, instructors keep skill sets fresh with a variety of adult tennis flights and group clinics further enhanced by spacious locker rooms and a refreshment terrace ready for spirited spectating.
There’s less court to cover and all-ages fun to be had at the pickleball net. So much fun that we brought on a certified coach to put a professional spin on things. Pickleball skill clinics, weekend mini-game clinics, and round-robin socials round out our latest racquet sports obsession.
Hometown heroes made here. Our family-friendly vibe hits new gears throughout the year with Junior Tennis Clinics and classes that begin at age five and carry on through high school. For the aspiring Olympian in every kid, our Junior Sports Camps present a medley of tennis, golf, and swimming instruction.
